Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of €55 per person.

Same-Day and Last-Minute Reservations

For same-day or last-minute reservations, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone.
For group reservations in particular, we may not be able to accommodate all requests made through the online reservation form. We therefore recommend contacting us by phone in advance.

Dietary Restrictions & Special Menus

If you would like a special menu such as vegetarian or vegan options, or require allergy accommodations, please contact us by the day before your reservation.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.

For Guests Requesting Shabu-Shabu

Shabu-shabu requires advance preparation. Please make your reservation by the day before your reservation and write "Shabu-Shabu" in the comments section of the reservation form.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate same-day or last-minute requests.

Payment Information

Please note that we may not accept payments made by cheque or with €500 banknotes.
