Article 1 - Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to personal information as defined by applicable privacy and data protection laws. When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, we will disclose such information without undue delay. If a decision is made not to disclose the information, in whole or in part, we will notify the individual without undue delay. A fee of JPY 1,000 may be charged for each disclosure request.

2. When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper execution of our business operations;
3. When disclosure would otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information that does not constitute personal information, such as usage history and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 - Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

1. If an individual's personal information held by our company is inaccurate, the user may request the correction, addition, or deletion of such personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures prescribed by our company.
2. If we receive a request under the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to comply with such request, we will make the relevant correction, addition, or deletion of the personal information without undue delay.
3. We will notify the user without undue delay when we have made a correction, addition, or deletion pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or when we have decided not to do so.

Article 8 - Suspension of Use and Deletion of Personal Information

1. If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension, etc.") on the grounds that such information is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purposes of use or was obtained by improper means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
2. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will promptly suspend the use of or delete the relevant personal information.
3. We will notify the user without undue delay when we have suspended the use of or deleted the personal information pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or when we have decided not to do so.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use or deletion would involve excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures are available to protect the rights and interests of the user, we may take such alternative measures instead.
