A tasting event featuring dishes prepared with ingredients from Nagano Prefecture was held at WAGYU Restaurant 1129.
The participants included chefs and journalists active in France. They enjoyed discovering the pairing of French ingredients with products from Nagano Prefecture.
Nagano-produced sake was also served alongside the dishes, offering guests the experience of Nagano while remaining in Paris. This event served as a valuable opportunity to promote food products from Nagano Prefecture.
